New York Deli Cracker
 
Ingredients
4-6 oz block of Swiss cheese
4-6 thick slices corned beef
brown or hot mustard
sauerkraut (optional)
Breton Multigrain Crackers

Preparation
  1. Slice Swiss cheese and corned beef to fit on Breton Multigrain, Vinta, or Vinta Squares cracker.
  2. Layer cheese, beef, sauerkraut and a small dollop of mustard on top of cracker.
